AFS CLASSES

CROSSFIT

All roads lead to our CrossFit class. Limited to 10 people these classes fulfil the CrossFit mantra of “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at High Intensity”. All abilities welcome.

AFS BARBELL

Snatches, Cleans and Jerks. If you are looking to master the Olympic Lifts then this is the class to do it.

AFS STRENGTH

Our strength class allows beginners and advanced members to train the core lifts of the Squat, Deadlift and Presses. Adding accessory exercises to create a balanced program.

AFS TEAM WOD

We like nothing better then getting together with our friends and working out. All abilities and non-members welcome.

AFS BOILERROOM

Our Boiler Room class is where the engine is built. Using Interval Protocols specifically designed to improve your Vo2Max.

YOGA

Twice a week we get our flexibility on. Stretching to ACDC or Ibiza classics this is not your typical style Yoga. Functional and centred on the exercise and flows this is an hour of mobility you will definitely earn.

AFS BOOTCAMP

Our bootcamp class is where everyone starts. We focus on the core lifts, improving our fitness and introducing you to our community.
